When I met with Abby and JD, besides being super sweet, I was really excited to learn about their wedding venue was at the Southwest School Art, San Antonio, TX. The wedding was beautiful! To have a wedding is such a historic place right along the San Antonio River is a great way of celebrating. The personal touches that Abby and JD made for a wonderful experience for their guest, and the mariachi band was amazing! Thank so much for having me be part of your day!!
Enjoy!

I can’t say enough nice things about Kacee and Kyle. Their family and friends where just great hosts it was an honor to be part of their day. The folks at Lost Mission just out side San Antonio in little town of Spring Branch did a wonderful job pulling everything together. I hope you all enjoy their wedding photos!
Enjoy!

The beautiful Lost Mission.

Check out these awesome wedding programs and a very pretty bridal bouquet!

The rings and wedding dress! I’m telling you! Kacee did a wonderful job planning her wedding day!

The bride’s shoes are from Tom’s. Check out their website. These shoes are part of a cause!

A moment with the bride.

The bride getting ready. I love both of these shots while the makeup artist does her work!

Kacee and Kyle got a little rain on their wedding day, but that didn’t stop this bride and groom from having a great time. Besides, its good luck to get rain on the day of your wedding!

What a great idea! Cards for the guests to send a personal note to the bride and groom!

Part two of our story is Kyle hanging out with his guys at the San Antonio Gun Club for a little clay shooting. The guys got together the day before the wedding at Lost Mission for a little fun… or a lot of fun actually. It was cold, and wet but it was a blast!
Enjoy!

Kyle passing gifts to the guys. Look at those gorgeous over under shotguns. I’m a little jealous.

So, it was a few months before the wedding Mary, mother of the bride, emailed me telling me Kaylyn was engaged. Being I had worked with them in the past I was so excited! I will get to again! Their other daughter Ashley is getting married later this year! I know! How super cool is that. Ashley of course is a sweetie pie, so I’m really looking forward to that.
At the rehearsal dinner Gordon, Kaylyn’s father, while making his toast he said some wonderful things about me. I got a little teary eyed. They really made me feel like family. Mary wouldn’t let me leave without any food after the reception. Its little things like that make what I do extra special. I get to document these memories that the families of Kaylyn and Tyler will cherish forever. Everyone thinks is cool when I tell war stories from the old newspaper days, but those pale in comparison, and I can see the difference I can make first hand.
Thank you guys for everything. I’m missing y’all!!! Here is what happened the rest of the night at Cedar Plantation. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I did creating them.
Enjoy!

This was a pretty special wedding for me. It also came a week before of one of the largest changes of my life, so Kaylyn and Tyler’s wedding is even more meaningful.
Kaylyn was a bridesmaid at one of my previous weddings a few years ago. Little did I know Kaylyn and Tyler just met, and today Tyler and Kaylyn are husband and wife. They got married at the extremely beautiful Cedar Plantation in Acworth, Ga. The weather was amazing! The location.. was also amazing! All the family and friends… yupp… amazing!! No detail was left to chance, and I love outdoor weddings! So, what’s not love!
Here are a few photos, and you will have to come back tomorrow to see the rest. I hope you enjoy!

Even one of the cats needed to check things out.

What a long day! Totally worth it though. It rained on Friday, don’t get me started on that, but cleared up for an awesome outdoor wedding at Sam Houston Park downtown Houston, TX. I will have a lot to share here soon, but until then enjoy this little slice of bliss.
Enjoy!
