Years and years ago one of the very first events I photographed was at the St. Anthony Hotel. That historic hotel has always had a little special place in my heart, so when Julie asked to have her bridal photography done there I was excited! As a bonus her and Bryan were married there a short time later. I hope you enjoy the bridal photography!! Julie was just stunning!
Enjoy!

When Abby told me she had the perfect place for her bridal photos I was excited to see it was the Edward Steves Homestead. The staff at the museum was awesome! I was surprised to learn they welcome folks to have their engagement photos or bridal photos taken at the museum. There is a fee attached, but it goes to a good cause. Looking how Abby’s photos came out I’m convinced its well worth it. Abby just seemed so comfortable and excited to be in front of the camera. I think it shows. I hope you enjoy seeing the photos as much as I had taking them.
Enjoy!

I’ve got a lot of blogging to catch up on. The heat of summer is a great time to do it.
We are going to jump back to January to Kacee and Kyle’s wedding just outside San Antonio in the little town of Spring Branch at an amazing venue called Lost Mission. There are so many great photographs from this wedding I’m breaking it up into three parts.
We are going to start with Kacee’s bridal photos also taken at Lost Mission. It was an amazing fall evening, Kacee was stunning, and the venue was perfect!
I hope you enjoy the images as much I did partnering with Kacee to creating them!
Enjoy!

Kayla is getting married today at gorgeous Granberry Hills. I wish I was there (sniffle….). I’m thinking its safe to let the secret out now. I met up with Kayla, her mom, and grandmother at the San Antonio Botanical Garden here a while back. The weather was amazing, and Kayla and her mom and grandma was just as sweet as could be.
So… Enjoy a few of the images.

After a really awesome weekend at the Bridal Extravaganza in San Antonio I’m back and blogging! I have some images from Haley’s bridal photography session in The Woodlands, Tx. It was a pleasure being the photographer for Haley and Tyler. Everyone was so nice, and are all about family.
I hope you enjoy the photographs, and check back here tomorrow for images from the wedding!

So, I got a very sweet email from Haley. She reminded me that I hadn’t yet made a blog post from her bridal images and her wedding to the amazing Mr. Jordan (No not that Jordan… he’s just Jordan but you have to admit it sounded cooler the other way) up in The Woodlands. Looking back I totally know why the posts are missing. I was in the mist of working on the new blog and website. I honestly can’t believe I forgot one of the sweetest families of the year!
Before I get to the image though I want to share a little bit of news. I’m really looking forward to 2011. There are many dates spoken for already, and there are a lot of great stories I can’t wait to share with you. This month is wedding show month, and the first bridal show I will be at is San Antonio’s Bridal Extrvaganza thats this Sunday from 12pm-5pm. Then on January 22nd I will be at an open house at Granberry Hills, so if your looking for a place to get married this just may be one of the perfect places to do so. The folks over there are true professionals, work very hard to make your day perfect, and you can really tell they love what they do. Finally, I will be at the San Antonio Wedding Fair the very next day.
There will be a lot of great wedding professionals at all of these events, and if you haven’t been to a bridal show they are a lot of fun. You will get to meet a lot of great people, and come away with a lot of wedding ideas that will make your day unique.
Check out this shot from Haley’s bridal photography session up at a secret location in The Woodlands. Its not really a secret. I was just very lost. Anyhow!

The first time I met Martha, and her mom was at the Galvez on Galveston Island just two days before the wedding for her bridal photography session. They are so laid-back and easy to work with. Which is good, because as windy as it was it was enough to rattle anyone. However, I think we got some really great images. I hope you enjoy the images, and stay tuned I will have their wedding photographs up here in the not too distant future!
Enjoy!

Martha found her way to me from Mollie over at Bloom Photography. Mollie is a killer ninja photographer, and I was super grateful when she referred Martha to me for her wedding. I had so much fun photographing Martha, and I will have more details for you tomorrow. However, you can enjoy this little piece of eye candy today!

Its been a little while since Allyn and Ryans wedding. I have been holding onto their images for posting on the new blog. Well, the new blog is here, and its time to get to posting! You may remember their engagement photos. Well Allyn’s bridal session was the day before, and she was stunning! It was an amazing spring day, so it was perfect for some bridal photography.
I hope you enjoy!

It should be noted that no actual wedding dress was harmed in the making of said photos, however it did get a bit wet. I was super excited to get a chance to when I got a call from Lauren wanting to do something different with her dress. I photographed her, and Jason’s wedding a while back. It was great to see her again!
This is a good example of “Trash the Dress” doesn’t mean destroy the dress. These images are the result! Chime in on your thoughts of a Trash the Dress bridal session, and the images. I would be interested in knowing what you think!
Enjoy!
