I hope you're having fun exploring my most recent photography and happenings. As a wedding photojournalist I'm super excited and blessed to be able to tell the stories of some the best folks on the planet!
So I’m working in the office this afternoon. It’s a nice day for it. Its cold and snowing out. So there I am on the computer and I look up to see turkey have invaded the home front. So I shot them…. With my camera not a gun. So happy Sunday I hope you enjoy these pretty pictures of turkey.
May I present to you Ashley’s stunning bridal portraits. Half the battle of great photography is having a willing subject will to rock it. Ashley did that with her sesssion, and her bridal photography came out amazing I think, but hey I may be a bit partial. Let me know what you think.
This week we will take a second look at Amanda and Adam’s wedding photography at Gardens of Cranesbury View. I really hope you enjoy the formals photography portion, and the photographs from the reception. It was so awesome to work with a bride groom that was so comfortable in front of the camera. That is one of the keys to beautiful wedding photography on your big day. Just forget about the photographer, and have fun. When its time for those formal photographs just go with it, and have fun!
This week I want to share with you Amanda and Adam’s Wedding Photographs from the Gardens of Cranesbury View, New Braunfels, TX. It was a beautiful day for a wedding, and the happy couple picked that perfect golden hour to have their wedding to helped me create great wedding photography for them. It was my pleasure to capture their memories in pictures!
Time to get back into some blogging. There is so much I hope to cover, so we are going to start where we left off almost a year ago . That said I have some awesome people to tell you about, and amazing photos to show ya.
We are going to start with Amanda’s bridal session at the Gardens of Cranesbury View. I always enjoy working with the staff there. It’s one of my favorite venue’s, and I’m honored to be their guest. Amanda was amazing in front of the camera. The weather was awesome! What else does one need to create awesome photos?!
I’d like to share a slideshow with y’all from Sarai and Micheal’s engagement portrait session we had in the amazing town of Gruene, Tx. We had so much fun. Sarai’s mom came along, and she approved the photos as we went along snapping away. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy!!
I was so excited when Jessica called me up asked me to design a custom guest sign-in book for their wedding created from their engagement photos. I had so much fun with her and Daniel. We checked out Gruene, TX, and created some really great engagement photographs. I can’t wait! Their wedding is coming up real soon, and is going to be featured in a bridal magazine. I would say which one, but I’m not sure if I’m allowed to yet.
Having a custom designed guest book is a great way to show who you are as a couple, and for you to remember who was at the wedding. The Sign-In book takes a life of it’s own as your guests share their memories and words of wisdom with you. The guest enjoy them as well. They take the time to look through the entire book looking at each of the designed pages with your personalized engagement photos. A good photographer will document who the two of you are, and design a book with your favorite images your guests will be talking about long after the wedding. The memories created will last forever.
If your planning your wedding consider asking your photographer to have a custom designed sign-in book. It will mean much more than the typical craft store lined book. Here is their’s I would love to hear your thoughts!
Years and years ago one of the very first events I photographed was at the St. Anthony Hotel. That historic hotel has always had a little special place in my heart, so when Julie asked to have her bridal photography done there I was excited! As a bonus her and Bryan were married there a short time later. I hope you enjoy the bridal photography!! Julie was just stunning!
I want to share with you the engagement photos I took of Julie and Bryan. We kinda roamed all over downtown San Antonio for their engagement images. I think they had a much fun as I did creating them. I hope you enjoy them as well!
When I met with Abby and JD, besides being super sweet, I was really excited to learn about their wedding venue was at the Southwest School Art, San Antonio, TX. The wedding was beautiful! To have a wedding is such a historic place right along the San Antonio River is a great way of celebrating. The personal touches that Abby and JD made for a wonderful experience for their guest, and the mariachi band was amazing! Thank so much for having me be part of your day!!
